Website terms
These terms govern your use of the website at stacktrace.ai, operated by Stacktrace AI, Inc. (“Stacktrace,” “we,” or “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Scope
These terms cover the website and its informational content. Software, hosted services, and other products may be subject to separate license terms or agreements. These website terms do not replace those agreements or grant rights to software beyond its applicable license.
Open-source dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses. References to those projects do not make the Stacktrace product open source.
Using the website
You may use the website to learn about Stacktrace, read our publications, and access the resources we make available. You must not use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious content through it.
If you contact us on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for having authority to share the information you provide.
Content and intellectual property
Except where otherwise indicated, Stacktrace or its licensors own the website’s content, design, and branding. You may link to our pages and share links to our articles. Other use of protected content requires permission or a right under applicable law.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to products, projects, or previous employers do not imply their endorsement of Stacktrace.
Product information and beta features
Our product is in beta and under active development. Features, interfaces, supported integrations, and availability may change. Statements about our vision and future plans describe our intended direction, not a commitment to deliver particular features on a particular date.
Examples and illustrations explain concepts; they are not claims about activity in your environment. Detection findings require investigation and can include false positives or miss issues. Nothing on the website guarantees security, reliability, or a particular outcome.
Before running commands or installing software, review what they do and ensure you are authorized to use them in your environment. Model-based analysis may consume quota from your model provider.
External services
The website links to third-party sites and software-distribution services. We do not control their content or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Our privacy notice describes website and communication data handling and explains the current CLI’s data flows.
Availability and limitations
The website and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties concerning the website’s availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stacktrace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its informational content. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not alter liability under a separate product or service agreement.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms and will show the revision date on this page. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Questions or requests for permission can be sent to hello@stacktrace.ai.
